TalentCastr has partnered with the IXL-Center to deliver "Core Consulting Skills" coaching led by Dr. Hitendra Patel (Managing Director of the IXL-Center, Advisor to TalentCastr and former Senior Leader and Co-Founder of Monitor Group's Innovation Practice).

This training is relevant to any industry that demands strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. In making this coaching available to its members, TalentCastr aims to help both seasoned executives and students to learn to think, communicate and perform more effectively in their current careers and academic pursuits and in interviewing for new opportunities.
