TalentCastr's management and advisory team is comprised of current and former senior leaders and managers from leading strategy consulting and financial services firms including Bain, The Monitor Group, Accenture, Capgemini Consulting, Endeavour Partners, Mercator Partners, Axia Ltd. and Deutsche Bank.

Born as a collaborative effort between alumni and students from Dartmouth College and Harvard University, TalentCastr now has relationships with over 30 of the world's top graduate programs and universities across the U.S., Canada and U.K. and serves as a video enabled hub for matchmaking between elite student and alumni jobseekers and top-tier employers.
